You should most definitely use a scopist to save yourself time and to earn more money writing than editing and formatting.
Do you add cover pages and signature pages if requested?
Yes. Send a copy of the notice and ID the speakers and it will be taken care of.

What are your office hours/days?
I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, so I am on Mountain Standard Time. Office hours are from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Transcripts must be received by 2 p.m. MST to be counted for that business day. Otherwise, jobs arriving after that will be entered into the calendar at 8 a.m. the following day. Please note that work on weekends and/or holidays can be accommodated for rush jobs. Please see the rate sheet.
What is your invoicing schedule?
For new clients, jobs are billed immediately, with payment due in 7 days. After three jobs with prompt payment, the client will move to regular invoicing, whereby bills are sent the 1st and 15th of the month and are due within 15 days. A 10% late fee will be assessed if invoices are not paid within the 15 days. No new jobs will be accepted from the client whose payment is 30 days past due.
What types of payment forms do you take?
A. Personal check, Paypal, and Venmo.
